BOOKING POLICIES

All people who stay at Hotel Sureño are subject to these policies, which are considered as an adhesion contract that must be fulfilled.

Consider Charge of $484 MXN imp. incl. per additional person per night. Pets are not accepted. The hotel does not have adequate facilities for wheelchair mobility. This is for your consideration. Parking included with prior reservation and subject to availability. Minors are accepted from 12 years of age The hotel does not have additional beds

RESERVATION POLICIES

Public rates per room per night in Mexican pesos - MXN plus taxes (16% VAT + 5% ISH). If you need to pay your reservation in dollars, it will be charged at the exchange rate established by the hotel. All reservations made at our establishment must be guaranteed by the payment of one night's lodging. In case of guaranteeing your reservation with PayPal, the hotel will charge 1 night of lodging at the time of making the reservation. For high seasons or when the hotel requires it, the reservation must be guaranteed with the payment of the first night with taxes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Changes or Cancellations 3 days before arrival are free of charge, if the cancellation or modification occurs outside the policies and/or the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, one night plus taxes will be charged to the guarantee credit card. During the Christmas and Easter season, changes and cancellations 10 days before the arrival date are free of charge. If it happens outside of the policies and/or the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, 100% of the cost will be charged. the reservation with taxes to the credit card in guarantee. In case of any early departure, no refund will be made.

SCHEDULES

Entry time (Check In) 15:00 hrs. and departure time (Check Out) 12:00 hrs. Attention to clients and guests 24 hours. Departures after 12:00 hours without prior notice will cause additional charges.
