RESERVATION POLICIES
All guests staying at Hotel Sureño are subject to these policies, which are considered a contract of adherence that must be fulfilled.
- Please note that a charge of $484 MXN is included in the price per additional person per night.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The hotel does not have adequate wheelchair access facilities. This is for your consideration.
- Parking included with prior reservation and subject to availability.
- Minors are accepted from 12 years old.
- The hotel does not have extra beds.
RESERVATION POLICIES
- Public room rates per night are in Mexican pesos (MXN) plus taxes (16% VAT + 5% ISH). If you need to pay for your reservation in dollars, the exchange rate established by the hotel will be charged.
- All reservations made at our establishment must be guaranteed by payment for one night's stay.
- If your reservation is guaranteed with PayPal, the hotel will charge one night's stay at the time of booking.
- During peak seasons or when the hotel requires it, your reservation must be guaranteed with payment of the first night, including taxes.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- Changes or cancellations made 3 days prior to arrival are free of charge. If the cancellation or modification occurs outside of the policy and/or the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, one night plus taxes will be charged to the credit card as a guarantee.
- During the Christmas and Easter season, changes and cancellations made 10 days prior to arrival are free of charge. If changes occur outside of policy and/or the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation, including taxes, will be charged to the credit card as a guarantee.
- In the event of an early departure, no refund will be made.
SCHEDULES
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
- 24-hour customer and guest service.
- Departures after 12:00 without prior notice will result in additional charges.

POLICY ON CARD AND REGISTRATION PROCESS
When making a reservation through our website, the system requests credit card details solely as a reservation guarantee.
Please note that no automatic charge, hold, or pre-authorization is made when entering your card information.
The credit card registration functions exclusively as a validation and guarantee method. It does not constitute payment for the stay.
To complete and secure the reservation, the hotel will contact the guest via email or WhatsApp to provide the corresponding payment instructions.
Your reservation will be confirmed only when:
- The required payment has been completed, and
- The hotel has issued the official confirmation.
If payment is not received within the indicated timeframe, the hotel reserves the right to release the room and mark the reservation as
not guaranteed.
